In the early 90's saw many such matchlocks being sold at a gun shop in Delhi (outer circle) - prices quoted at the time were INR 2,000 - 5,000 depending on the quality of embellishment on the gun. Each gun had had it's trigger removed and came with a certificate of it being a non-functional firearm, thus negating the need for an arms license.
AFAIK English/ French made muzzle loaders (single as well as doubles) can still be had (on an arms license) for INR 5,000-6,000/- or so... Most are junk some are in pretty decent condition.
Cheers!
