Guys, just heard that one district not very far from Greater Mumbai that has its own commissionarate is benevolently issuing arms licenses BUT in return for lacs charged as the obligation fees. The prospective buyers have no option left except to go for Indian ordinance fire arms as most of the budget is expended in obtaining the arms license. Irony thy name is Arms license.

This might be common notion with all public offices. But unless proven, it is just an allegation.

Indians, including my family members approach brokers or middlemen to get things done, more quickly or save themselves from trouble.

People have other remedies, provided they have patience.
