Do anyone of you know who is the owner of www.relishsports.com, I had purchased a BB gun in 2016 which was stuck in customs and after that, they promised me to refund the entire amount. I have all the proof on email and they had even agreed to refund the money. It's been more than 5 years now and their website is shut (not shocking) and none of their numbers are contactable. email is also bouncing back. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Relishsports fraud? i have read a few forums where similar fraud has happened with them too in regards to Relish sports. please do suggest and help. the amount is 13,000.

How did you deposit the money ? If you deposited in bank account then get their address from bank with the help of the account no.

Next find out the police station that comes under their address and send a written complaint with all the proofs via registered post.

Follow up the case with police station over phone.
