Where can I buy high carbon steel 1060 or 1045
...online ordering sites would be preferred,If not anymore location between jodhpur,Rajasthan and jalore,Rajasthan

not sure about Jalore area but in Jodhpur quite a few industries present in Basni area who is producing or stocking high carbon steel of different specifications. Search in India mart.

yeah, look at Indiamart.com for starters
Or else go and buy them yourself. Most Industrial areas will have people who deal in metals, they might be able to supply you
You can also salvage Leaf springs from junkyards
