few days back there was a news where the DGP of UP (not sure) mentioned in his public address to use lethal force on any assailant referring to the stabbing of girls in Delhi, to which TV channels twisted the whole speech stating DGP was inducing people to commit murder without any hesitation. It seems our media loves criminals so that they get constant news feed.

It was DGP of Haryana state speaking at public function. What he said was perfectly as per law. That video was discussed in this forum. You will find it if you search this forum.

What is criminalization of State? It is when criminals decide who is a criminal and who is not a criminal.

Any criminalized State power does not understand sense, logic or reason. Talking sense, logic or reason with criminalized State power is a futile exercise. Criminalized State power understands language of pressure and arm twisting. That is exactly why the 2nd Amendment was enacted in the U.S. Constitution, so that as a last resort people can put pressure or arm twist the criminalized government if it does not listen to sense, logic or reasoning.
