A man in jail for using "excessive self-defense"

A poor fellow (in Finland) was thrown in prison with 4 years of sentence and PAY DAMAGES for resisting a home invasion by 3 members with baseball bat and gun... 
This guy has reacted in a natural way to defend himself and property, as anyone would.
