I used to have one... 1993 model 350 (standard 12v)... I can try and look for it, but it seems a lot mods have been made to the Bullet since then - not sure how helpful it would be...
Cheers!

hi
i love bikes(less than Guns). i still have a gsxr 1100 and cbr250. they are great pleasure to ride as they have their own charm. yes i think a dedicated section may be fine or a sticky thread where we can post the pictures of our ride
regards

I have a 1978 Bullet. Going strong everyday. The thump is an addiction in itself.

Sniper,
If you are looking for a parts/spare manual you may borrow one from an Enfield showroom/spares shop and get it photocopied. If you are looking for a manual to service or work on your bike you may buy Pete Snidal's service manual for bullet which is available both as a book and a CD.You can search the net for the same.If you're based in Bangalore, you're a lot luckier than that

I googled -"royal enfield" manual pdf - and got several hits.
http://www.pearsy.co.uk/BerkEngineEnfield.htm
There are a few there on engines, but a little looking will probably find what else you need.
P.S. I moved this to the 4x4 section as that is slightly more appropriate

Interesting link, Mark. Haven't seen any Meteors/Constellations on road though.
Enfield twins(Interceptor,Constellation,Meteor) were never manufactured or sold in India. Have heard rumours of Interceptors found in an old garage in Coimbatore, but have found no evidence of the same.

Eicher's spoiling the charm of the Bullet by launching it's 350 and 500cc models with a Unit Construction Engine- that's an integrated engine and gearbox.Currently, Bullet is the only bike in India to have a separate engine and gear box.Which would mean complete dismantling for engine or gearbox problems (I can hear the Shivajinagar mechanics snickering already:twisted:)

hi pran,
did u try the leanburn or LB500....
here in pune around 7 ,all being owned by members of my club,...i took a ride ,has nice punch i can say...although the integrated engines, personally does not remind anyone of the real bullet...but i guess they want to be more competitive in the market and atleast keep going since the pollution norms abroad where its been launched i guess by now are strict enough and so they r doin all this sh#T,...work to keep up...
cheers sanjiv
