the bug*3r lost lot of weight, and he ain't welcome in my house either, blocked up the chimney to make sure of that. and still looks ungly

Oh C'mon Nags....He comes only Once a Year
As far as losing weight...looks like somebody sold him a "Tread Mill"
Now chimneys are passe' - with electrical heating they are outdated...and you've wasted your time blocking it
Re: looking ugly...Poor fellow can't help it, with all that pollution & depletion of the ozone layer & what have you?
Give him a "Herbal Face Wash" when HE drops in....
Maybe HE will thank you for it & even bring you some cartridges & pellets next season

nay my dear uncle the fat/slim chap is not welcome as he never brought anything ever. will stick to my old dear uncle in mumbai, who is known to be very generous to us young ones.

Brihaji, I think you're correct about the water skis.
This year we don't have any existing snow cover and are probably going to have a brown christmas.

Just yesterday, during my lunch break, I went down to the banks of the Minnesota River and there is hardly any snow to be seen anywhere.
It was -10 degrees C, so the ice was just starting to form on the river and there was a beautiful clear blue sky.
So, I think Santa will have dispense with the sleigh and strap on those water skis.
