Four and a half annas for a pack of Gold Flake!!! What was the average salary then, I wonder!

On a more serious note, wonder how many of those who received this booklet found their way home.

And 50 paise for the first 1.6kms in taxi.....wow.....
Area north of metro was out of bounds for HM Forces.....hmmmm......
