time to become serious!!!

with vijay kumar registering the second win in London today & showing how serious our shooters are for their sport it's time when our government should too become reasonable towards this sport. with the present situation where one has to win a battle to receive his license, increase the ammo quota & finally paying a fortune to own a decent firearm.With only a few able to win over this before starting the way ahead, can we really say that shooting is booming as sport???
