Hello Doc,

A week back I read about our own women commandos from Punjab on India today,and how they liked using sigs and the mp9s. :cheers:

And yesterday, India lost one of its 20th century military heroines. Captain Lakshmi Sehgal of the INA died in Kanpur at age 97. A long time back, I had the good fortune of meeting the lady when she spoke at the school I was in.

Heroes and heroines will pass away. Let us ensure their memories do not.

Captain Lakshmi sehgal was the commander of Janshi briged of INA. & Janshi briged is the 1st woman briged in asia.
