> Good Info on stocks
> The 3 most important aspects as far as stocks are concerned are:
1. The Length of Pull - This is the distance between the crook of the elbow & the index finger curved on the trigger. It has to be precise to enable the shooter to have a proper & comfortable hold - helps a lot in squeezing the trigger than pulling it. Also in maintaining the follow through after firing.
2. The alignment of the comb with the rear sight - Helps in sighting for a perfect aim.
3. The circumfrance of the pistol grip is also important as this ensures a proper grip - most foreign ARs are made to suit the palm size of Europeans which is comparatively larger than the palm size of Indians.
4. The contours of the fore-end interior - Helps in perfect bedding of the action on to the stock. Reduces vibration.
