Ruger, did you notice this:
Former MP Atiq Ahmed, now in prison and facing trial in 35 criminal cases including several cases of murder, has spent the highest amount among the VIPs to buy a rifle 'Rugger M-77 Mark-II 30.66 mm' at a cost of Rs 3.15 lakh.
A 30.66 mm???!!! As per the news report our MPs are buying cannons!!! ROTFL

Hi Guys,
> Hope you've read in the Times of India today - the write-up has given photographs of politicians buying confiscated arms at throway prices!!!
> Imported pistols & revolvers under Rs.5000/!!!!
> My take is why don't they sell these weapons to IFGians who hold valid licences at the same price???
> By the way does the proceeds of the sale to politicians go to the people from whom these were confiscated?
