Dated 17th June 2011.

Kerala has given conditional permission to farmers to kill wild boars that reportedly destroy crops in several parts of Kerala. For the first time the state has allowed the public to kill a wild animal. Chief minister Oommen Chandy said he had received petitions from farmers, “demanding action to end the wild boar menace”, particularly in the hilly regions. Additional Chief Wildlife Warden N V Trivedi Babu said only farmers with valid gun licences would be allowed to kill the boars. The shooter would get Rs 500 for killing the boar. Babu said his department would ensure the killing takes place in presence of a forester and after a formal complaint is lodged with the forest ranger. “A local leader associated with forest conservation would also be informed about the action,” he added

Hold your mouth,

One can't use hunted boar/nilgay in any way.
Before gunning down boar/nilgay, farmer has to lodge a formal complain to the local forest renger with sarpanch
than Farmer has to bury that animal in presence of Forester, Sarpanch etc. after complating panchnama procedure

I had gunned down wild boars at my farm and passed through above procedure
