hi friends, just thought,what if rubber bullets are given to civilians?can it be used for selfdefense plus won't lead to death.thanks everyone.

Doctor sahib,a man can die after being shot with a rubber bullet.They do not bounce off.It is probably not even rubber but some sort of plastic.

its not so non lethal as it sounds, it can kill a full grown man if hit at right place n at right range,its industrial grade 2polymer
