Do we Indians have any RIGHTS?

Guys we all know know when it comes to guns we Indians have no right but this is something that caught my eye. I've been using internet since I was 13, I started my internet life from GPRS now to DSL. (BSNLs DSL is one of the S**tty service I ever experienced) Since I came to internet I had the dream of being a US citizen one day so I started earning money online. I created a paypal account account long time ago, even before paypal started asking for PAN cards. From PTC to to freelance to server management I did all I can do for money, til now I was a rich guy, had more than $700 on paypal (My life income that I was saving to get settled in America) and had 2 VPS and one dedicated server. I usually pay the server rent quarter year so I logged in to my paypal account to pay my server rent and got shocked, All of my money was in halt. I never even committed a single fraud so I was like WTF? I contacted paypal and they told me that RBI (Reserve Bank of India) ordered them to create new rules asking users to verify using credit card and the money on paypal must be transferred to a Indian bank within 7 days of receiving, Now no Indian can send money from paypal, it means I lost my servers with all the data on them and all other online service I have subscribed to. And also lost the $700 that I had on paypal as I don't have a credit card. I can't go to America now, lost all the hope I had
So what the f**k is wrong with our government? I know Pakistan and few other countries blocked paypal but we are a democratic country and we have the the right to liberty. Also they are blocking a lot of firearm related internet forums secretly for years. I have proof of this.
WE INDIANS HAVE NO RIGHT, I'm fed up to that point that I'm ready to clean toilets to live in USA. Guys you may not believe but I'm crying while typing this post
I hate to admit this but I have no feelings towards India.

Don't give up bro.
Adversity breeds strength.
Pick a goal and work towards it and don't let anything slow you down.

Priyan, you think that you in INDIA have hard time here is a yank who had it harder, please read and be encouraged, remember success is where you are and not based on where you want to be.
1831
At age 22, he lost his job because his father wanted to move the family.
1832
At age 23, he was elected company captain of Illinois militia in the Black Hawk War. Because of his Black Hawk War involvement, he did not spend sufficient time campaigning and was defeated in running for the Illinois State Legislature. Note that he was only 23-years old.
1834
At age 25, he started a store in New Salem, Illinois with a partner. He was appointed postmaster of New Salem and deputy surveyor of Sangamon County. Unfortunately, his partner died causing the business to fail. Lincoln later paid off the whole debt for the failed business. Then he was elected to the Illinois State House of Representatives. That certainly seems like a busy and successful year for someone only 25.
1835
Lincoln's sweetheart, Ann Rutledge, died.
1836
At age 27, Lincoln reportedly had a nervous breakdown. (Many scholars believe this to be a fabrication of William Herndon made after Lincoln had died. Herndon had been a law partner of Lincoln, but they did not get along. Considering Lincoln's other accomplishments that year, a nervous breakdown was unlikely.)
Lincoln was re-elected to Illinois State Legislature and led the Whig political party delegation in moving Illinois state capital from Vandalia to Springfield. He also received a license to practice law in Illinois state courts and became law partner of John T. Stuart.
1838
At age 29, he was nominated for Illinois House Speaker by Whig caucus but did not win the election, because the Whigs could not garner enough votes. He then served as the Whig Floor Leader.
1839
Lincoln was chosen presidential elector for the first Whig convention. He also was admitted to practice law in U.S. Circuit Court.
1840
At age 31, he was re-elected to Illinois State Legislature. He also argued his first case before Illinois Supreme Court.
1841
He established a new law practice with Stephen T. Logan
1842
At age 33, he was re-elected to Illinois State Legislature. Lincoln was also admitted to practice law in U.S. District Court. He was becoming a very successful lawyer, as well as a popular legislator.
1843
At age 34, Lincoln wanted to run for Congress but for the sake of Whig party unity, agreed to hold off until 1846 to allow other party candidates to represent the state. Thus, he really was not defeated for nomination for Congress, as stated in the list of his "failures".
1844
Lincoln established his own law practice with William H. Herndon as junior partner. (After Lincoln had been assassinated, Herndon claimed that Lincoln had suffered a nervous breakdown in 1836. This apparently was an effort to get back at Lincoln's widow.)
1846
At age 37, Lincoln won the election for U.S. Congress.
1848
At age 39, Lincoln's term in office was up and was not a candidate for Congress, per an agreed-upon arrangement among the Whigs. He did however try to get an appointment as Commissioner of the General Land Office at Washington D.C. but didn't get appointed.
1849
Lincoln was admitted to practice law in U.S. Supreme Court. He was offered appointment as governor of the Oregon Territory, but he declined the position.
1854
He was elected to the Illinois State Legislature but declined the seat to run for U.S. Senate.
1855
At age 46, Lincoln ran for the U.S. Senate but then willingly deferred his Whig votes, as a political move, to allow Trumbull to win the seat. It was a intentional move and not a defeat as the list claims.
1856
At age 47, Lincoln received votes in the Philadelphia Republican convention for the vice presidency. He did not campaign and was not running for the office at that time, so he did not gain the nomination.
1858
At age 49, he ran for the U.S. Senate and won the popular vote. But the Illinois State Legislature overthrew the popular vote, as was legal in those days. In 1913, President Woodrow Wilson eliminated that practice with the 17th amendment to the constitution. Thus, Lincoln ran for the Senate and was defeated.
1859
Lincoln had a very successful and lucrative law practice but hesitantly agreed to run for the presidency.
1860
At age 51, Lincoln became president of the United States.
there is hope for all of us.

In our lifetimes, we hope.....
Priyan - to repeat Naga, XL, Bruno, keep fighting! All have fought at some time in their lives, maybe did not reach such heights as Lincoln, but everybody, including I would say ALL of us, has had to fight (or will have to fight) at some point. Those who fight will be victorious, because even if they lose the perceived "battle", they can look the guy in the mirror straight in the eyes and say "at least I tried"!.
And no one can really blame our government and the bureaucrats for NOT trying to alienate our people!

Priyan,
paypal cannot take your money away citng lack of linked credit card. they would email your linked email address for updates like these.. Contact them back and intiate the process to have the money restored..
you can link most bank a/c to paypal, not necessarily credit cards.. talk to them, call their US support phone number, tell them about the violation.. things will rollback to you.. Dont worry too much on those rented hosting space.. they would have their backups and will mostly be able to restore if you get back to them as a subscriber. i have seen a few of them do it for clients.
It is still not late chase them, you can get it back.. all of it.. talk to them till they give it back. Its your hard -earned and it will be yours,,
Regards
Thomas

Hi pravin
like you I am also a use or paypal and I still do . Please read this
https://www.paypal-apac.com/india/.
Your money is safe just have to comply with the regulations.
You can send payment outside india via SWIFT transfer from most banks after completing their documentation which is quite simple. But the transfer charges are exorbitant compared to paypal . To get around this you can send multiple transfers for less than $500 from paypal.

Gentlemen do we have any other reliable/trustworthy alternative to paypal that does not have these problems? Or instead can't we make and receive payments directly from/to our credit cards?
Also they are blocking a lot of firearm related internet forums secretly for years. I have proof of this.
I am able to access every firearm related website I want. Only came across few forums where the board admin have blocked the IP addresses from India. Can you please name the firearm related websites that are blocked by GOI?

@nagarifle And in 1864 Lincon's brain was sprayed on the wall by Mr. Booth, his whole life struggle got wasted IMO
@xl_target thanks for juicing me up, I hope I'll get settled in USA one day and never turn back to India.
@goodboy_mentor When I go to any thread on THR it gives me a blank page, subguns.com gives me
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
ar15.com doesn't load (It works with a proxy) BTW most communist and gun hating country blocks gun related site, I can confirm that in China IFG is banned) A site
http://wkchat.com where I used to chat now redirects to Google. All the above site works OK when I use a proxy.
@davidj7 who the hell gave the rights to regulate my legally earned money? BTW my money isn't safe. Would you mind reading the page you linked again?
@thomas I know I can link a bank account but for India only credit card an option now. I'm sure paypal doesn't want to take my money away but RBI is forcing them to do so. I'm wondering how could I call a US number, in fact I cant even make a local call as I lost my SIM card due to another government regulation. I bet RBI knows that only a few users have access to a credit card but they still did it. Talking of my hosting space my provider clearly states that they have no restoration policy in case of nonpayment.
@esdee I wish I could understand your post
@Bruno are you freakin' kidding me? Gun laws never becomes less restrictive, After DC vs. Heller is seemed it can but I heard Washington is gonna implant a California style gun law.
@drifter I bet when you were 17 there weren't many ways (if any) to earn money online.
@Ticky I can't agree with you more, lol this is why I'm silent. Just typing
@jaykumar I agree with you but I think our laws were properly organized when creating our constitution but politicians later s**tted on it.
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/gaming/news ... ttack.html this all happened just cause they make the dumbest mistake of banning a /b/tard from PSN. My bad I can't post on /b/ anymore as I lost my private proxy hosted on one of my VPS
Guys I have changed my payment address to a alertpay one which has fake data saying I live in America. I'll verify it with a VCC I think. Gotta start from the scratch.

http://www.thehighroad.org/ is giving me the following message "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here" It clearly means it is website admin created problem and not a problem created by GOI.
http://subguns.com/ is giving me message 403 Forbidden "You don't have permission to access / on this server." It clearly means the web folder permissions on this web site is denying access to the browser requests and does not mean GOI is behind this.
http://ar15.com/ I am getting connection time out message. This does not mean GOI is behind this. Probably the admin of this website have configured it to not respond to IP addresses of some particular countries, hence the connection timing out. DNS is getting resolved for this website, I am able to traceroute this website and reach till the network of One Communications Corporation in USA. After this connection is timing out.

@goodboy_mentor this is what happens when a site gets blocked by ISP. Remember when TPB was blocked in some countries this error message was showed. When 4chan was blocked by AT&T this message was showed. BTW I get 403 to random sites sometimes. Once to lyricsmania and once to a fishing company site and a online translator site (Not Google translate) BTW no one blocks website at DNS level now-a-days. It's not 2000 anymore. I'm using openDNS and still can't access it. OK I'm going to e-mail the admins of all that site that blocks Indian IPs. Let's see what reply we get. BTW what happens when you access
http://wkchat.com
UPDATE:
http://broadbandforum.in/bsnl-broadband ... g-sites/2/
http://broadbandforum.in/bsnl-broadband ... ess-india/
http://broadbandforum.in/airtel-custome ... -websites/ These threads may interest you, The problem about reporting blocks is that ISPs block different sites on different regions and on different IP ranges. I'm on 117.XXX.XXX.XXX IP range. What about you?
