Please try using another browser like mozilla firefox, instead of google chrome, for a while and check...if the problem persists it surely is a windows display error. Format your c drive and reload windows.

Since you are using a Windows PC, fire up Internet Explorer and see what the site looks like.
I use Chrome and mine looks fine.

But why is this problem only restricted to IFG and not any other sites?? Other sites are all very fine.

Your browser creating cash of images of web sites which you vising often and trying to load such web site from that cash not from internet. if some files called css missing such mistakes can happen.
you should try to look there should be option to clear cash, or try to locate folder for temporary files and delete all files in this folder. any way the web site on internet is fine. or run some maintainance program and clear old files and defragment you disk. in WIndiws 7 it is done automatically but in Windows Xp you should do it your self. Any way Windows is a horrible operating system.
NO one antivirus even those for which you paid licence will protect you from serious virus attack, guys who writing viruses are quite smart, no body going to release virus which is detectable. in first place if virus can be detected it cannot be loaded into any computer.
so keep in mind antivirus provide 0% protection, it only can detect old viruses, which do not harm to your computer.
better more secure option, nowadays would be some Android tab. or use some linux - live CD/USB like Uboontu.
