politics in india, become a politician, make a party

hi all,
i was thinking about current and previous situation of india. as we all know that there is corruption,red tapism,beauraucracy and govt doesnt even hear to problems of indians, so thinking that present govt. will solve problems of indians is childish.
today crores of indians r not able to satisfy thier basic needs, that is, cloth,shelter,food,water and then safety\security. govt. only thinks about high class, rich people and not about lower,middle class and below poverty line.
i think that half of the problem will solve if the political system is amended.
if i m correct, right now, we dont select cm,pm,president and governor and these chiefs dont even have significantly more power\authority than who selects them, that is, lok sabha.
what political system i think is that if this political system is applied, then half of problem, that is, corruption,red tapism,beauraucracy will solve on all levels, because if top management\authority is corrupted then lower levels will definitely be corrupted.
1.cm will be selected by indians of that particular state and not by politicians we select
2.there will be 3 pms (so to avoid dictatorship), they should be individually selected by indians and not by politicians we select.
3.cms and pms will have power to order, execute and take action.
4.pms will have more power than any politician, even more than whole cabinet. cms will also have more power than politicians below them.
5.elections will held after every 3 yrs. indians, if want to remove any or all pms or cm can do so by 'vote to remove' phenomenon.

this system will give utmost power to indian citizens and not politicians, and the cms and pms will not be in pressure to fulfill demands of those politicians who selected them but instead they will be in pressure to fulfill demands of indians and also they will pressurize politicians below them to fulfill demands of indians.
this is just raw system that i thought of. it is much more difficult to implement than to think. of course it will be refined more by advice and suggestions of others.

so i have decided to start a website ( a forum) on which all indians and non indians may talk about politics, and discuss problems in india and how to solve them and like minded people who want to change india for good may benefit from it and how to go in politics and how to make a party and stand in elections. this forum will specifically for discussion of politics in india, so a team of enough indians may be made and a party may be made to enter into politics because parliament amend constitution not 1 politician can do it.
i m very attached towards this goal of mine, because i cant see anymore worse situations of indians.
i dont know where i will reach but atleast a start will really benefit to get all india atleast started in this direction. today almost all people dont want to go in politics because they think that other politicians will not let them work purely for good of india. everyone says it is bad profession but nobody want to clean this profession from dirty and corrupt people. this is our right and our duty. we all should take initiatives like our friend abhijeet did in relation to RKBA.
i will need u in this, all of u, i believe u think similarly.
