I still have a few more years before I can be a role model for youth to THAT generation...

In the meantime, I'm going to have to get into the market for an air gun and/or a youth .22

I think Olly's son Gadget-Man is the youngest amongst us lot at 12 :) .
Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Hi India-- I'm pushing 78, still visiting IfG regularly, and shooting handguns anh rifles at least twice a month.--thar06
