12 bore cartridges quality has gone down but .22 is good. Check your .22 firearm. Is the firing pin hitting properly ?
12 bore I know for sure as I have fired the new kf special shells the power also has gone down
As far as 22lr, I got the feedback from others

I have used the 30-06 KF ammo (180 gr) in my IOF 30-06 rifle. The round is OK and compares well with S&B 180 gr. Its available for about ₹300 a cartridge whereas earlier I use to purchase S&B for around ₹200. It now retails at upward of ₹500 depending upon availability. Most gunshop dealers are citing difficulties in import due to the Ukraine war.
