There is a Swedish truck mounted gun called the archer.Impressive piece of tech.It threw a standard, unguided artillery round over a mile to hit the handle of a shovel planted in the ground!!!!
I would rather hit my target gently than miss hard.

I am not been able to hold myself back gentlemen 
in fact this gun system is entirely foreign and most of the black listed global majors are taking back door policy in India through TATA,RELIANCE,and other well established companies OFB n DRDO are manufacturing 155/42 cal gun system n thats world standard n soon will be inducted, where as 155/37 boffors which is witnessing of almost 28 glorious years in India is still in active duty....we will be hearing some good news in coming months...
