as an m1911a1 owner/shooter i don't think this guy is particularly "expert" with the old .45, but then i've only been carrying, tinkering with, and shooting them since 1956 when the marine corps issued me my first one, and i've owned the one i carry now for over 30 years, longer than i've owned my house.
