Strange.... the website shows a background image of the Indian peninsular area, and the site is registered by someone in Utrecht, Netherlands!

Looks like one of those "lottery" scams to me. I dont think anyone should try to even believe this.. Its a single webpage.. for that matter it could be just a sample advt made by someone learning how to make a website.

the bottle feeding tigers can be shot anywhere.
