Hi Members,
I came upon this site today and feels good to be on a site like this...compliments to the creaters and the other longtime members !
Have been a long time gun lover though I own none as of now but have had a lengthy affair with guns throughout my life thanks to my Dad having been in the Army as well as my brothers who are senior Army and Navy officers...and having been myself a very serious NCC cadet having fired a range of weapons from a .22 to a 125 mm main cannon of a Vijayanta/T-72; as well as a naval 4.5 inch deck cannon ! Very passionate about guns - my fave though is a .303 Enfield...!

I work in Mumbai and am currently in the US on a business visit...a quick question to the members here - though not strictly related to firearms...I am returning to India in a weeks time and have come across here a beautiful commemorative knife...7 inch blade and over all length (with handle) -12 inches width of blade - 1.5 inches...I trust I can fly back with it without getting into trouble with the Mumbai airport authorities ? Of course the knife, sheath and the cardbox box would be carried in the checked in luggage from the US...
Request views from members and advice !
Thanks,
Harry.

So long as the blade does not exceed 9"x2" it is legal to import.
