Territory of licence

Hi there
Please provide some valuable inputs for my query that i have got a licence made for punjab region and i m planing to move chandigarh so have i to apply for territory extension for chandigarh or being chandigarh its capital is covered under it. Thanks

If you are shifting to another place for more than 3 months (I think) you need to inform the police of your new address so that they can correct their records accordingly.
But your License is not valid in Chandigarh as it is a 'Union Territory' hence you will have to apply in Chandigarh for transfer of your License from Punjab. Chandigarh Licensing authority will get the NOC/ Authentication etc from your LA and issue a Chandigarh License.
Meanwhile you will have to take a TL to take your gun with you to Chandigarh.
