What is the condition prevailing regarding arms in Nepal?

Posts that don't fit into any other category. If it's anything to do with guns, it probably doesn't belong here!

Wouldn't you still have to go through customs?
If so, all the standard customs regulations still apply.

Delhi High Court's jurisdiction does not matter now, since there is a stay on that judgement by Supreme Court. It is discussed at http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16246
