Guys I recently came across a great video, at first I thought it was some kind of joke but after doing a little more 'research' I found out it was real. This it what awesome training being provided by American Defense Enterprises a firearms 'training' firm in Los Angeles, CA.

Enjoy guys, but whatever you do just don't throw up. http://www.americandefenseenterprises.com I wonder if this belongs to humor section

Hi Priyan,

This is one of those situations where if you cannot say anything good it is best to say nothing at all. If they were not using live ammunition I'd be tempted to think this was choreography for Hollywood action movies.

Actually looks a lot like a legit CQB drill. Dont see anything wrong or incorrect in it. Most gunfights in civillian settings take place at ranges of under 10 yards.

MoA lolwut? Have you checked their site out? you me or even my dad can take their "American Warrior Test" which takes 7 hours and become a mall ninja. You gotta watch more carefully if you haven't noticed anything wrong. A little Googling would reveal lot more about them I think.
Havent checked their site out. And yes if you want to be a mall ninja then go ahead and be one.
From a drill perspective there does not seem to be anything wrong, and live fire drills can be carried out safely. The folks in the video certainly seem to have more training and practise than you or me, but these types of live fire drills are fairly standard.
The average joe does not need this type of training, and will in all probability never be in a gunfight, let alone one where an entire team is engaged in a shoot out. However under a set of very specialised circumstances drills like these are carried out, and yes it is a lot safer than it looks on video.
YMMV.
I know nothing about ADE or the types of training they impart.
As for safety, the greatest safety is knowing your weapon and your limitations.
