A Very Happy Vijayadashmi to all!

Be sure to clean & revere your weapons, however insignificant you may feel they are, today!

You respect the weapon & it’ll respect you.

Cheers!

Happy Dussehra to every one.
I was telling a Videshi member of the form the other day that in India we just don't get enough Ammo (on our licences) to shoot annually .
The only time in the Year I get to handle all of them together is on Dussehra when (like Karandheer said) they are cleaned and worshiped.

Happy Dussehra to every one. Yes the importance of RKBA also gets re-affirmed on this day.

One of the only festivals we celebrate. All the guns, knives, flashlight and other gear gets taken out and cleaned. A simple 'puja' is done and we thank all these tools for helping us along.
A very Happy Dussehra to all the members.

Shastrapooja is an important part of the Vijaydashmi pooja.. i used to look forward to it as a kid as i knew i could talk my dad into letting me squeeze the trigger on this day. Also used to mean capgun and capgun ammo money from my grandfather .Not to mention the firecracker season started and all the little change i found around the house used to go to the provision store around the corner getting patakhas . destruction of any dabba /container/matka/tree trunk holes used to get kickstarted
I dont dial 911... I dial .357
