Nor did the police wallahs for whose benefit he was doing it.In all probability they asked him to do this(pull the trigger to show that the revolver was empty)Perhaps that is how these 'trained professionals' do it.Scary thought.

Height of irresponsibility. This is no way to prove that revolver is empty. Even if a revolver is empty, dry firing is not at all advised.

Always treat a gun as though it is loaded.

Some people dont deserve to have one. At least he didnt kill someone.
